Hi, I'm Josephine!
I'm an award winning Performing Arts Business, Talent Agent, Podcaster and Founder of Studio Talent Collective.
I have worked for over 2 decades in the performing arts industry, leading and managing studios. I have also worked in entertainment and production based businesses including my own studio business for 10+ years and it’s in-house Talent Management service.Â
After a career as an all round Artist that saw me perform on a multitude of national TV screens and stages for over a decade, I leaped into the world of business and motherhood.Â
I now mentor Performing Arts Studio Owners in confidently running successful and profitable studio businesses. Ones they love!
I am the "go-to" Coach when it comes to supporting Studio Owners in creating in-house Talent Management services.Â
My mission is to break the glass ceiling on the performing arts industry and make it accessible, so that no one has to do business alone!
I hope to create a positive space for Studio Owners and Industry Leaders alike, which is why I created 'The Greenroom'.
