The Talent Toolkit is Studio Talent Collective’s annual talent support package for represented artists.
It brings together professional resources, education, and guidance to support talent and families throughout the year, alongside agency representation.
What’s Included

Annual professional headshot photo shoot
One studio-based photo shoot per year, fully organised by Studio Talent Collective -
Audition technique video resources
On-demand, bite-sized tutorials covering self-tapes, confidence on camera, lighting, slates, and more for ongoing talent support -
Talent onboarding support
Initial onboarding to industry casting platforms, including Casting Networks and ALTAI (plus others where suitable) -
Studio Talent Hotline access
Monthly opportunity to submit questions and receive guidance from founder and talent agent Josephine Lancuba

Terms & Conditions:
- The Talent Toolkit payment plan is non-transferable and for the registered talent only.
- The payment plan provides one year of access and does not automatically renew.
- The payment plan is paid in 3 monthly instalments of $99.
- If a payment is declined or bounced, we will attempt to reprocess the payment.
- If payment continues to fail, access to the Talent Toolkit and agency services may be cancelled, and the talent may be removed from Studio Talent Collective.
- Photo shoot images may be withheld until all outstanding payments are cleared.
- After 12 months, access ends and the Talent Toolkit must be re-purchased for continued access.
- No refunds are provided for change of mind.
