A look at Studio Talent Collective's 2026 milestones, industry bookings and the mission to make professional opportunities more accessible to emerging talent across Australia.

When I started 2026 I had a simple goal...

To continue my mission in making the arts more accessible and provide the tools needed for emerging talent to gain success and more opportunities.

The results? 

• Over $112,000 (so far) - in professional bookings across stage and screen paid to artists this year.
• 1146+ auditions (so far) nation wide.
• And... 300 Talent Toolkit Pro sales! Meaning more talent having what they need to book the opportunities. Including headshot photos, audition technique videos on-demand and casting platform onboarding support.

Now, I work hard to make this happen each and every day. But so do our studio partners - our Talent Managers - and of course, the talent themselves.

Oh and I have had my fair share naysayers.

I've had calls from industry people telling me the idea wouldn't work, questioning my integrity and challenging my message on socials that "talent management is not rocket science". I've had people contact events where I was booked to speak in an attempt to have me removed, false stories circulated about me online and in forums, and even trolls creating fake profiles just to taunt me on social media.

And guess what. Those people are not my people. Because when you KNOW in your heart you can make a change and disrupt an industry for the better, it is my obligation to do so. Even if it makes other people uncomfortable.

Again let's look at REAL results.

Last night I shared a cheers with a glass of wine with my hubby, to give myself an overdue pat on the back for the epic work achieved at Studio Talent Collective in not only the past 3 years, but the last 12 months. 

For the Studio Owners or business owners reading, no one else will celebrate you, so sometimes you have to carve out the time to pause and reflect on the work and say CHEERS TO ME.

That's why I am celebrating 300 artists having the Talent Toolkit with you. It's not about "sales" at all. It's about the mission - to make the arts accessible to everyone who wants to be a part of it and break the glass ceiling on the entertainment industry in Australia.

That toolkit is a symbol of providing our talent with what they need for their personal development and industry growth.

Getting them started in an industry that might have otherwise looked the other way, or maybe even ripped them off. We sadly hear some talent agency horror stories when they come across to us!

I am so proud today. Thank you for coming along on this journey. It means more than you know.
