We had 100 auditions go through the agency last month, along with a stack of callbacks, new bookings and talent being placed on hold. It’s been a really active month across the agency, which I love seeing.

A few wins worth celebrating...

Family gigs for the win! Neetha (mum), Keith (son) and Deepu (dad) re-booked the SafeWork NSW campaign. 👏

Ruby M from Laneway Dance (featured in the top image), booked a catalogue campaign with a well-known department store. She also had a callback audition last month for another campaign. 

Then there were photoshoots running nationwide!

We had Step Aside Studios, Lauren Wall School of Dance, Malabar Dance Crew, Hervey Bay Dance School, Geelong Dance Movement and Vibz Performing Artz all host their agency headshot shoots at their own studio locations across NSW, Victoria and Queensland.

And I love this because this is the model actually working.

The studio opens the doors, we coordinate the shoot, the students get their professional headshots and they’re one step closer to being industry-ready... while the studio creates another opportunity for their community and a revenue stream within their existing business.

That’s the stuff that gets me excited.

It’s not just about auditions and bookings. It’s about building a bridge between the incredible work already happening inside dance and performing arts studios and the professional industry beyond them.
