Meet Josephine
Hi, I’m Josephine Lancuba (AKA Jo), Talent Agent and Founder of Studio Talent Collective.
I’ve spent nearly 15 years working as a Talent Agent and more than 20 years in the performing arts and entertainment industry - first as an artist myself, then owning and running my own performing arts studio for over 10 years, where I mentored emerging and professional talent.
I created the Talent Toolkit because I know how overwhelming auditions can feel for talent and the parents supporting them. After years of representing talent and seeing what happens behind the scenes, I wanted to make the knowledge, guidance and industry insights I use every day more accessible.
Talent Toolkit gives you practical tools to prepare, understand the process and audition with confidence.
My goal is simple: to make the entertainment industry a little less intimidating and help more talent feel ready when opportunity comes knocking.
Josephine is bright, bubbly and engaging in her revelations about the talent industry.
Thank you for your insight and inspiration!
