We represent youth and emerging adult talent from studios around Australia and provide the professional tools, guidance, and industry access needed to navigate the performing arts industry with confidence.

The Talent Toolkit is a required part of representation with Studio Talent Collective.

It brings together the essential tools we need to professionally represent our artists and support them throughout the year.

Rather than purchasing individual services, the Talent Toolkit provides a complete, structured experience designed to prepare talent for auditions, submissions, and industry opportunities.

What’s Included in the Talent Toolkit:

  • Annual Professional Headshot Photo Shoot: One studio-based photoshoot per year, fully organised by us.

  • Audition Technique Video Resources: Short, easy-to-follow video tutorials covering audition basics, to support confidence and help artists feel prepared for auditions.

  • Talent Onboarding Support: Invitation to join industry casting platforms - Casting Networks and ALTAI.

  • Studio Talent Hotline Access: Monthly Q&A support with founder, Josephine Lancuba.

Together, these tools inside of the Talent Toolkit, allow us to best represent our talent, gaining them traction professionally and consistently across casting platforms and our industry networks.

What You Need to Get Started

  • A parent or guardian to support communication and approvals (for under 18s)

WHAT'S NEXT?

Once you purchase the Talent Toolkit:

  1. You’ll receive a welcome email with clear next steps

  2. We’ll send photoshoot date options for your studio location

  3. You’ll gain access to the Talent Toolkit resources via the Kajabi app

From there, our team works alongside your studio's Talent Manager to submit, support, and represent you for suitable opportunities.

We’ve booked talent with brands, networks, and productions including Netflix, Channel 7, Disney Channel Australia, McDonald’s, Telstra, KFC, Commonwealth Bank, major commercial brands, TV and Film productions and professional stage shows.

But more importantly, we focus on education, preparation, and long-term development, not just bookings.

Photos are a necessary tool that we use to promote the Talent and gain them traction. We simply can not do our job without them!

An annual photoshoot is included inside of your Talent Toolkit, where you will receive VIP treatment, as we make it convenient and come to your studio location.

Onsite you will have our professional headshot Photographer and a member of your studio team to support you.
