As I hit record on the final episode of the year, I had a moment.

Not the shiny highlight-reel kind. The real kind.

Because 2025 wasn’t just big.
It was layered. Quiet in places. Powerful in others.
And honestly? It mattered.

Here’s a snapshot of what this year held.

The Impact

• Nearly 1,000 auditions submitted through Studio Talent Collective

• 92 paid bookings across film, TV, theatre, commercials and live performance

• Over $100,000 in real, paid opportunities created for talent

• More than $60,000 generated for Studio Owners through agency headshot, photoshoot packages

• Two young performers flown overseas for international work

• Multiple theatre contracts secured for 2026

These are not just numbers. These are real opportunities, real income, real momentum for our studio partners and their talented students alike!

The Lessons

• Accessibility matters more than perfection: The industry doesn’t belong to a select few. It belongs to talent — wherever it lives. From regional studios to highly competitive city markets, we opened doors that are too often closed by outdated ideas of who “belongs.”

• Clarity simplifies everything

• Systems and time-blocking changed how my business feels (easier, calmer, more predictable)

• Sales is not marketing and batching the work is a game changer

• Growth doesn’t have to feel chaotic to be working

The Human Stuff
This year also included:

• A full home renovation (double the budget, zero regrets)

• Letting go of a Europe holiday and choosing smaller, slower moments closer to home (due to doubling the reno budget lol)

• Planning 2026 earlier than ever! Including rest, white space and holidays in the plan

• Leaning hard into community on the tough days: Which is exactly why I launched The Green Room - because leadership is lonely, and it doesn’t have to be.
